Alexis Lee is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, and Founder & Clinical Director of Evergreen Counseling & Wellness, a healing space dedicated to mental health & holistic wellness. Located in Warminster, PA, Evergreen offers many styles of therapy, like cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, marriage/family counseling, teen/child counseling, art & play therapy, and adult & teen support groups. Evergreen also offers yoga classes and holistic health coaching which gives personalized support regarding nutrition, wellness, and adopting healthy habits. Visits can be in-person or virtual, and are affordable and customized to meet the unique needs of each individual. Alexis has a holistic view of health, and believes that our mind, body and environment are all connected.
Alexis has been a composter with Back to Earth Compost Crew since 2020 and believes that taking care of the Earth contributes to a healthier mindset and life. She uses essential oils, makes most cleaning products from scratch, and buys recycled paper products and compostable disposable products. Her favorite thing about being a BTEC composter is the convenience. It seems too good to be true to be able to put her compostables curbside and for a small fee, have them transformed into a nutrient-dense soil amendment. We are so grateful for Alexis, and share her mission of bettering the planet, one person at a time.
