Maureen Tierney started Sweet Nettie Catering about six years ago, which is located in her North Wales commissary kitchen, Nettie Jane’s Kitchen. Sweet Nettie offers delicious meals and tasty treats for cocktail parties, dinners, showers, and other special events. On the first and third weekends of every month, Sweet Nettie offers Simple Suppers: a convenient way to eat nourishing, home-cooked meals throughout the week. In addition to Sweet Nettie Catering, other businesses operate out of Nettie Jane’s Kitchen and generate plenty of food scraps, so composting with Back to Earth Compost Crew was a no-brainer.
